There was never any doubt that Roz was destined to have a career where she could meet lots of people and come up with great ideas. Roz is the one that all her friends turn to when they want to find someone to do something - known as a solutions person.

She may have studied Environmental Science, and considered a career as a doctor (until deciding that hospitals weren't her thing and also admitting she wasn't clever enough), but as soon as she got the chance to work overseas she was gone. Having spent a summer in France as a Campsite Rep for Keycamp (20 years later and they are now a client!), she headed to the Greek islands after leaving university to be an 18-30's rep. She could share plenty of stories but there's a time and place.

Roz's extensive career continued as a Hotel Contractor for Intasun, then as Operations Manager and Director in the world of conference and incentive travel. Highlights included arranging factory visits to Japan for Toyota, and travelling with Paul Daniels on the Magic Circle Tour of the US. Question is - did he actually share any secrets of the trade?

After 12 years as Sales Director for a marketing communications company offering communications programs, reward and loyalty schemes and incentive travel, Roz has established her own e-marketing agency to combine the main loves of her life – building client relationships and the internet. Despite being a workaholic and mum to two gorgeous girls, she manages to find time for keep fit and pilates (under sufferance) and with her husband has recently completed the renovation of her family's home – much more comfortable than a caravan in the garden!

Recent additions to the family are 7 Berkshire rare breed pigs and 13 chickens, she could talk about her new hobby for hours...
