As a luxury tour operator offering high quality villas and boutique hotel holidays in Turkey, Exclusive Escapes offer an exceptional service which is supported with real knowledge and an attention to detail. They sought and demanded the same level of service from a digital partner.
Exclusive Escapes desired to grow their business through online channels, setting themselves very challenging revenue forecasts. They looked for a digital partner who could help them to increase their online sales and grow their revenues in 2010. It was imperative that all online messages reflected the brand's image and core proposition.
The Outcome
Branch reviewed Exclusive’s existing online activity and devised an integrated online strategy, which included an email marketing programme, an element which had not been part of their original marketing mix. Branch felt that high levels of customer satisfaction could be maintained through a customer loyalty email programme. A restructured PPC campaign and SEO changes would help to deliver an improved ROI and positively affect the website's paid and organic listings. Branch also extended Exclusive's offline PR programme by identifying and distributing content to specialist sites and directories.
The Results
In the first month of the campaign over £60k in additional revenue was achieved. A great start to what has been a very productive programme. Natural search traffic continues to increase month on month, with significant revenue improvements visable in the first six months.
The newly introduced monthly email programme has been a great success. Exclusive emails continue to deliver excellent open and click through rates that are 3-5 times the industry benchmarks and their email programme has proven to be a key driver of new and repeat business.
