The Challenge

Turquoise Holidays offer '5 star' deluxe holidays to some of the most exotic places on the planet. As a small operator with limited resources, they needed a strong web presence at the time when people are searching for luxury holidays. It was also important for them to position themselves as a key player for certain locations, against their larger, often more aggressively priced competitors.

The Outcome

It was felt that PPC would be the ideal cost effective channel to create brand awareness and drive brochure requests online. Branch have calculated the' brochure request to sale' ratio which has meant that the PPC campaign strategy focuses on quality traffic in order to achieve these. 

The Result

Branch have worked on the PPC campaign for over 12 months, honing and refining key terms that deliver brochure requests and then ultimately sales. Split test keyword analysis, day parting and positioning strategies have been used to make improvements to the campaign over time.

Over 700 brochure requests have been delivered over the past 12 months, all of which have been attributed to the PPC campaign. Additional sales have also been made from calls into the office, following exposure to the brand online via PPC.
