• The start date of the competition is 22nd August 2006. Closing date is 11.59pm on 30th November 2006.
• To enter individuals must complete the registration process by way of entering their Email Address and must agree to these terms & conditions.
• All email addresses entered must be valid and entry to the competition will be void if any of the email addresses provided are incorrect.
• When you enter your friends email address, an email will be sent inviting them to enter the competition. We will not collect their email address unless they enter the competition themselves and agree to the full terms and conditions of the competition.
• By entering the competition, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules and decisions of Hand Picked Hotels.
• By entering you agree to opt-in to receiving email communications from Hand Picked Hotels. We agree that we will not make your data available to a third party. After confirming your entry you can opt out of receiving our communications by unsubscribing at any time.
• Entry into the competition is free and does not require you to make any purchases.
• The competition is open to residents of UK and must be over 18 years old.
• Persons involved in the promotion and the execution of the competition, employees of Hand Picked Hotels, as well as their families, suppliers and agents cannot enter.
• Competition winners will be randomly selected on entry to the competition.
• The winners will be notified immediately on the site and the prize details will be dispatched by email to the email address entered for entry to the competition within 1 week.
• Hand Picked Hotels reserve the right to feature winners’ names, photographs and locations in this and future promotions.
• The decision of Hand Picked Hotels will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition and its outcome.
• Winners’ name will be available on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope to: The Old Library, The Drive, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 3AB.
• Hand Picked Hotels reserve the right to amend, alter and withdraw any of the prizes offered in the competition at any time. Amendments to the date will appear on the website terms & conditions.

Prize Terms & Conditions

• There will be one prize available within the three month period.
• Prize is a luxury weekend break at any one of our 14 luxury hotels throughout the UK and Jersey, comprising 2 consecutive nights accommodation in a standard room Fri-Sun with breakfast. (Prize is subject to availability)
• Entrants can only win one prize.
• Prize must be redeemed within 6 months of winning notification.
• There is no cash or prize alternative.
• The winners are not entitled to any alternative prizes and the prize is not transferable to any other person(s).
• Hand Picked Hotels reserves the right to offer substitute prize(s) of equivalent value should this prize for any reason become unavailable.
• Travel and any other expenses are not included in the prize.

General

• Hand Picked Hotels reserves the right at anytime to suspend or cancel the competition.
• Hand Picked Hotels will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition.
• Hand Picked Hotels reserve the right to change these rules at anytime.
