Entry to the Competition

Eligibility

• Entrants must not be:
  • under 18 years old at time of entry.
  • an employee, or relative of an employee, agent, supplier or in anyway connected with Travel City Direct Limited.
• Only one entry per person is allowed.

Entry

• By entering the competition, participants unconditionally agree to accept and be bound by all terms of these official rules and decisions of Travel City Direct. To enter individuals must complete the registration process by way of entering Full Name, Email Address and full Postal Address.
• By entering you agree to opt in to receiving communications from Travel City Direct (part of The Avion Group) and other divisions within the Avion Group.
• We agree that we will not make your data available to any third party outside the Avion group.
• No purchase necessary.
• By entering the competition, the winner and their companion agree to take part in any publicity relating to the competition.
• After confirming your entry you can opt out of receiving our communications by unsubscribing at any time.
• The competition is valid until November 22nd 2005. Travel City Direct reserves the right to reduce or extend this date.

How to win

• Competition winners will be randomly selected on entry to the competition.
• The decisions of Judge will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The odds on winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. For the purpose of the top prize the number of eligible entries is a minimum of 10000.
• The winners will be notified immediately on the site. The prize details will be dispatched by email to the email address entered for entry to the competition.
• All email addresses must be valid and entry to the competition will be void if an email address provided is incorrect.

Prizes

The following RUNNER-UP prizes will be offered:

• The prize winners will be chosen randomly.
• The winners are not entitled to any alternative prizes and the prize is not transferable to any other person(s).
• Travel City Direct reserves the right to offer substitute prize(s) of equivalent value.

General

• Participants may not enter using multiple email addresses. Any participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities, or uses any other device to enter multiple times will be disqualified.
• Travel City Direct reserves the right at anytime to suspend or cancel the competition.
• Travel City Direct will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person entering the competition.
• We reserve the right to change these rules at anytime.
• Travel City Direct operates a strict opt-in policy for email marketing.
