P-J (only Paul-Jon to his Mum) studied Marketing Management at Coventry University, three years which he admits passed in a blur of beer and parties. After graduating, P-J began his career at Keycamp Holidays as a Direct Marketing Executive, where he soon demonstrated that much of his degree had actually sunk in despite the social whirlwind of student life.

During his time at Keycamp Holidays (the UK's number one European Camping specialist),
P-J introduced new and innovative e-marketing strategies to the business - making significant contributions to revenue. Becoming proficient in all aspects of on and off line direct marketing communication, he then joined Century Travel (online travel specialists) as E-Marketing Executive, then Serenity Holidays as Marketing Executive.

P-J's expertise is wide reaching, from managing direct mail campaigns, on and off line advertising, e-marketing including email marketing, websites/microsites, PPC, SEO and affiliate marketing, as well as being a data guru. He gave up the glamour of the specialist worldwide holiday market in 2006 to join Branch and hone his niche skills in digital communication.

He was brought up in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, but doesn't reckon that's much to boast about. A huge Doctor Who fan, movie buff and gamer, P-J could be considered to be a bit of a geek, but he maintains that his hip and trendy side puts him into the inbetweener category!

Fanatical about football, he supports the mighty reds of Liverpool. Injuries have been known (both knees and arms have been broken over the years) but that doesn't stop him playing as often as he can. He always ends up in goal, but being 6ft 5 that's not surprising.

Having recently become a father to a beautiful baby daughter, P-J admits his party days are now probably behind him, but he wouldn't swap his new adventure into fatherhood for anything!
