Her business experience spans a number of specialist e-commerce roles within the travel industry which have developed and strengthened both her management and communication skills. Responsibility for implementing and managing complex critical business systems, across a wide range of departments to challenging deadlines, has been one of her key business achievements. Working alongside and motivating staff at all levels, encouraging them to embrace new technologies and working practises, has proved both challenging and extremely satisfying.

Claire has a central and very key role within Branch, working closely with both clients to maximise their business objectives, and staff to ensure the smooth delivery of every aspect of a client’s project. Claire describes herself as being 'insanely' organised, but also very practical, which enables her to keep level headed and stress free in even the most demanding of situations.

Claire's love of Rugby, coupled with her move from Surrey to Northampton, has resulted in her now supporting the Northampton Saints, (even though they were relegated just before she moved!), however, this is one action sport she is happy to just watch, rather than take part in!
